Privacy Policy

What we collect. To fulfil your pickup order, Princess POM of Mahshy stores the details you enter at checkout: your name, WhatsApp number, car plate, order items, and order history. That's it — no accounts, no passwords, no tracking cookies.

How it's used. Your details are used only to prepare your order, recognise you at pickup, contact you about your order, and (if enabled) count your loyalty stamps. We never sell or share your information with anyone outside the store.

Payments. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider (Stripe or Ziina). This site never sees or stores card numbers.

Notifications. Order-status notifications are only sent if you tap "Notify me" — you can revoke them anytime in your browser settings.

Your choices. Want your details removed? Message us on the WhatsApp support button and we'll delete your customer record.

ما نجمعه. لإتمام طلبكم، يحفظ Princess POM of Mahshy البيانات التي تدخلونها عند الطلب: الاسم، رقم واتساب، لوحة السيارة، أصناف الطلب وسجل الطلبات. هذا كل شيء — لا حسابات ولا كلمات مرور ولا ملفات تتبع.

كيف نستخدمها. تُستخدم بياناتكم فقط لتحضير طلبكم، والتعرف عليكم عند الاستلام، والتواصل بخصوص الطلب، واحتساب طوابع الولاء إن كانت مفعلة. لا نبيع بياناتكم ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة خارج المتجر.

المدفوعات. مدفوعات البطاقات تتم بالكامل لدى مزود الدفع (Stripe أو Ziina) — هذا الموقع لا يرى أرقام البطاقات ولا يخزنها.

الإشعارات. إشعارات حالة الطلب تُرسل فقط إذا ضغطتم "نبّهوني" ويمكن إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.

خياراتكم. تريدون حذف بياناتكم؟ راسلونا عبر زر الدعم على واتساب وسنحذف سجلكم.
